The following presentation forms are scheduled:
- invited keynote lectures
- oral presentations
- posters
- presentation of companies
 

The Scientific Committee will classify contributions into oral or poster presentations.
A presentation of a company will be limited to 15 min within the standard symposium fee.

Publications of Symposium materials
Papers selected by the Scientific Committee will be submitted for publication in scientific journals.
Papers can be submitted and presented in Polish or English.

Submission of the preliminary registration form with a suggested title	30 November 2004
Second announcement with instruction for abstract preparation and information on fees	31 December 2004
Submission of abstracts	28 February 2005
Notification of paper acceptance	30 April 2005
Payment of Symposium fees	15 May 2005
Final manuscripts	31 May 2005
Third announcement	31 August 2005
