SYMPOSIUM VENUE
The venue is the Conference Centre of the Institute of Mathematics Polish Academy of Sciences in Bedlewo near Poznan. More details can be found on the following webpage

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
Official language of the Symposium will be English without simultaneous translation.

BADGES
Your name badge will be provided at the registration desk. All participants are requested to wear the badge throughout the Symposium. Delegate and accompanying guest badge will be necessary to enter all events.

REGISTRATION DESK
The Symposium registration desk will be situated in the lobby of the Conference Centre. Registration will take place from 30th September at 10.00

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
All planned activities will take place at the Conference Centre. We are not planning any organized excursions, but if there are accompanying persons who whish to see Poznan and some historical places near the Conference Centre (Kornik and Rogalin) transport will be provided at cost price.

VISAS
Visa is not required for EU citizens and countries listed on the web page of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (www.msz.gov.pl). If you need a visa you are advised to contact the nearest Polish Embassy or Consulate at least 2 months in advance.

LETTER OF INVITATION
On behalf of the meeting, the Symposium secretariat will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. We are aware that such invitations are intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or obtain a visa to travel. No discounts or travel bursaries will be available through the Organizing committee.

CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE
The currency unit in Poland is Zloty (1 EURO is about 4.60 Zloty), but it is fluctuating. Convertible foreign currency may be exchanged at the airport, in banks and foreign exchange offices at the current daily exchange rates.

CREDIT CARDS
All major credit cards are accepted in hotels, shops and restaurants.

BANKING AND BUSINESS HOURS
Banks are generally open in Poland from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday through Saturday. You will find foreign exchange offices at airport.
